Quick And Easy Pizza
Combine and let stand 5 minutes:
1 cup lukewarm water
1 Tablespoon baking yeast
1 Tablespoon oil
Add without sifting:
2 cup w.w. flour
Beat until smooth adding more flour if needed. Knead several minutes. Roll out to fit 2 oiled pans. Cover with tomato sauce, meats, veggies, cheeses. Bake 15 min. at 400 F.
Quick Tortillas
Using a fork or tongs, heat a wholewheat tortilla in a frying pan to heat evenly. Grate a small amount of your favourite cheese on top of the tortilla. Allow cheese to melt on tortilla by leaving on very low heat, broiling. Spread 1/8 avocado over half of tortilla and add salsa if desired. Fold other half of tortilla over filling to enclose. Cut in wedges. Makes one serving.
