Camomile Flowers:

Echinacea:
Commonly known as Purple Coneflower. Numerous studies support its use for improvement in common cold and sore throat ailments. It also appears to improve and strengthen the immune system.

Feverfew:
This plant is thought to relieve the pain caused by migraine headaches.

Cranberry Juice:
Cranberry juice helps fight bladder infections. It inhibits the growth of bacteria that can cling to the walls of the bladder and cause infection.

Chicken Soup:
We've all been told that chicken soup is good for a cold. Chicken has an amino acid that seems to thin out the mucus in the lungs and help relieve congestion.

Red Raspberry Leaves:
These leaves have been shown to have astringent properties and to be helpful in cases of diarrhea, mouth sores, inflammation of the throat as well as an aid during pregnancy and birth by strengthening the muscles of the uterus. Vitamin C, E, calcium and iron are some of the nutrients found in the leaves.
